Title Insurance and Real Property

We are experienced in the representation of purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  In addition, we are authorized agents of Chicago Title Insurance Company to issue title insurance on its behalf.  Our involvement includes preparation and review of contracts, deeds, leases and mortgages; preparation of HUD and other government documentation, review of title insurance issues and attendance at real estate closings.  We pride ourselves on offering understandable legal advice to first time home buyers and commercial real estate developers.  We also represent clients in matters involving mortgage foreclosures and evictions.
