The complex and sophisticated nature of our work requires the highest employment standards. All of our attorneys must meet demanding standards of education, ability, training, experience, personal good judgment, integrity and character.
Our attorneys are admitted to all of the Courts of New York and appropriate
Federal Courts and are members of the American, New York and Warren County Bar Associations. Many are also admitted to practice in other states, including Maryland
and Massachusetts.
Our attorneys and legal assistants attend seminars and continuing legal education courses, review legal journals and periodicals, belong to professional associations and continually strive to refine their professional skills.
Complementing our attorneys is an experienced and dedicated team of paralegals, legal secretaries and support personnel. Each of our paralegals and secretaries is particularly accomplished in certain specific areas of our practice and most of our
Staff has been with the firm for several years.
